Full Job Description

We have an immediate need for an Marketing / Social Media Coordinator with strong communication, problem-solving, graphic, writing/editing, organizational, and time management skills to join our team. Must be able to help with renewal on maintenance agreements through marketing and engagement techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing/Communications (preferred);

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in the English language punctuation, spelling, and grammar.

1+ years of proven experience working in an office environment, preferably (but not required) as part of a Marketing Department or a Marketing Agency preferably in B2B.

Must be very proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Access is valuable, and knowledge of Quick Books Accounting is a plus.

Proficiency in Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Parler, Upwork, and Marketing Funnels with the ability to comprehend new software platforms. Internet savvy with different office platforms.

Must be able to maintain excellent client, applicants and co-worker relations. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

The ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to quality, to organize proposal schedules and manage multiple deadlines and assignments.

Demonstrates strong accountability, agility, collaboration, and responsiveness.

Must be able to adapt to continuing education.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing-related inquiries and projects, including phone, email, as well as internal correspondence.

Act as the liaison between sales agents and internal sales/marketing department and personal assistant to office management.

Collaborate across teams and departments to help organize tactical and strategic plans and activities implemented by sales management.

Creating digital marketing content and maintaining a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule. Responsible for digital media and emailing postings.

Proactively monitoring and increasing brand awareness and reputation, including online reviews as well as ensuring that the company brand is presented consistently.

Help and support the renewal on existing customers maintenance agreements via mailings and follow up phone calls

Assisting with the planning of events and hiring activities.

Creating presentations, memos, and reports with the guidance of management.

Manage samples, product images, copy points, video briefs.

Maintain filing system including scanning and filing of paperwork, maintain proposals and contracts.

Maintain and update the resume database and weekly run of employment events.
